Weathervane

Weathervane Whiskey is our take on whiskey. Just like its name Weathervane changes with the wind. Every 1-4 barrels we change the mash bill, yeast, aging time, proof, and barrel size and type. So if you like your bottle make sure you go and buy yourself another because it will be gone like the wind, and if you don’t like it, don’t worry because the next batch is coming soon. Look up your batch number to find out everything about your unique bottle.

Batch 1:
Barreled on August 1st, 2020, in Brand New #3 Charred Barrels from Kelvin Cooperage.
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 20% Malted Wheat, 5% Malted Barley.
Yeast Used: Pinot Noir Yeast and Pinnacle G.
Aged 18 months.
ALC./VOL. 52.8 Proof, 105.6.

Batch 2:
Barreled on October 10th, 2020, in Brand New #3 Charred Barrels from Kelvin Cooperage.
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 20% Malted Wheat, 5% Malted Barley.
Yeast Used: Sauvignon Blanc Yeast and Pinnacle G.
Aged 19 months.
ALC./VOL. 47.5 Proof, 95.

Batch 3:
Barreled on January 31st, 2021, in Brand New #3 Charred Barrel from Kelvin Cooperage.
Bottled on December 9th, 2022.
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 25% Malted Rye (Bourbon).
Yeast Used: Pinnacle G.
Aged 22+ months.
ALC/VOL 52 Proof, 104.

Batch 4:
Barreled on April 29th, 2021, in Brand New #3 Charred Barrel from Kelvin Cooperage.
Bottled on May 11th, 2023.
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 12.5% Malted Rye, 12.5% Malted Light Munich.
Yeast Used: Distillimax GW.
Aged 24+ months.
ALC/VOL 48 Proof, 96.

Batch 5:
Barreled on September 20th, 2021, in Brand New 25 Gallon #3 Charred Oak Barrel from Kelvin Cooperage. This is Barrel 1 of 2 with the second to be finished and opened at a later date.
Bottled on December 1st, 2023.
Barreled at 119 proof.
Proof at dumping was 121.41.
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 25% Danko Rye.
Yeast Used: Distillimax GW Grain Yeast and Distillimax SR Rum Yeast.
Aged 26 months, 10 Days.
ALC/VOL 48 Proof, 96.

Batch 6:
Barreled on February 17th, 2022 in Brand New 25 Gallon #3 Charred Oak Barrel from Kelvin Cooperage.

Bottled on June 7th, 2024.

Barreled at 119 proof.

Proof at dumping was 118 on June 6th, 2024
